Whats left? – windows net and some final touches.
Kit net is made of hard plastic, I was planning to do it in more realistic way… I used tamiya masking tape to replicate net based on kit example.
After painting it looks spot on!
Additional weathering, fuel stains and “battle damage” was added – and…. It is Done!
Im happy how it ended – looks almost like a real thing in 1/24 scale 🙂
It was great journey and real fun-build to get Next Gen Nascar model! There were some challenges mainly becouse of the kit imperfections. I learned a lot reg Nascar tech and cars modelling during the project and Im sure this is not my last word when it comes to RaceCars models -some other kits are already ordered 😉
