Emperor protects – Oh yes!!!
I’m with Warhammer40k from 2nd edition (1993)… Never played a board-game, never had an army, I am just fan of wh40k artworks, books and general lore. Of course, I’m painting miniatures – mostly Spacemarines and Chaos forces – I love this grim and dark universe – just love it!
It was more than two years ago, when I heard about Space Marines action figures release plans from Bandai and MCFarlane toys – both UltraMarines, both Primaris – WOW – That was a must have for WH40k freak like me! Besides that Bandai’s Primaris was way more hard to get (and pricey…), I found MCFarlane toys version more accurate – preordered two figures immediately – one painted as Ultramarine Primaris sergeant and an “artist ready” – unpainted version with bolter rifle.
Those are BIG SCALE space marines!!!

I will not tell you about figures itself – there are plenty of information and reviews everywhere, sure, they’re an eye catchers.

In meantime, I bought third figure of Blood Angels, and a plan for a project was to repaint/customize spacemarines for:
Ultramarine Veteran
Imperial Fist battle brother
and Blood Angel close combat hero.
All right – lets start with BlueBoy!
First, I disassembled Ultramarine, warm water helped to ease on tight joints.

Then – Tamiya canned grey primer was applied and let it to dry… to be continued!
