As I started to paint superstructure and let it dry, I looked for a way, how to improve the look of wooden decks. I liked the way, how wood is painted, but it was a bit to gray… I would like to add “more life” to general deck appearance.
At first I tried the wash on level 2 decks.
Mixture of Seraphim Sepia and water did fantastic job for all painted wood – now its more graphic and looks more natural to me with slightly dark and warm tone. Next – quite risky operation to paint-over main deck… Ok lets do it!

It was quite risky – one way ticket – operation – but it was worth it!
