It was quite a time from last update – there are times in life when you need to take a deep breath and stop for a moment…
Anyhow, I returned to my project – model building its a good relief and way to clear your head out of thoughts…
I painted the sword – AK XTreme Metal Steel and Bronze applied.
Golden trims and details – I used Vallejo Game polished gold as a base.
Time for some water-slide decals. I used some from Imperial Guard decal set – Emperor Protects!
As SpaceMarine shoulder shield is nice eye-catcher, I started to plan/think on the design and applied white base color as I need the colors to pop-up.
Definitely it starts to look like an Ultramarine Veteran!
