I didn’t like molded (closed) hood vents, took one of my gunpla scribing cheesels and start to dig the holes in the hood 😉
…after few minutes left side of the hood was completed, now there is no turning back.
Yeah! Now it looks waaaay better!
Another dry fit before cleaning – hood looks sweet – of course, at the final stage it will most likely be not noticable, but anyhow – I like it!
In mean time, I ordered paints that I would like to use on the Blaney’s Mustang.
I choosed MrHobby 172 Fluorescent Yellow for main color – in my eyes its closest to original Menards colors on the racecar. It will be fun!
I disassembled all parts and wash those in warm water with dishwashing liquid – let it dry – next step – the primer.
