During the riveting process, I noticed that some rivet lines on the actual Corsair are more closely spaced than others, particularly around the center wing section.
I also discovered that certain areas feature double rows of rivets. To recreate these, I modified my riveting tool by adding a second wheel, allowing me to produce two parallel rows in a single pass.
This required a bit more precision and consistent pressure, but everything worked out nicely, and I’m really happy with the result!

The rest of the riveting process went smoothly, and all the rivet detail is finally complete.
I think I’ve earned myself a little break! 🙂

One thing’s for sure — my next model won’t have quite so many rivets…
